RASECOR users may request deletion of personal information associated with their interactions with RASECOR services and connected platforms.

How to Request Data Deletion

To submit a deletion request, send an email to:

info@rasecor.com

Use the subject line:

Data Deletion Request

Please include enough information for us to identify the relevant account, conversation, or interaction, such as your name, email address, Instagram username, or other identifier associated with your interaction with RASECOR.

Do not send passwords, access tokens, or other sensitive authentication credentials.

What Happens Next

RASECOR will review the request, verify the request where reasonably necessary, identify personal information under RASECOR's control associated with the requester, and process the deletion request in accordance with applicable requirements.

Certain information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate compliance purposes.

Third-Party Platforms

Deleting information controlled by RASECOR does not automatically delete information independently retained by third-party platforms such as Meta, Instagram, WhatsApp, or other connected services.

For information controlled directly by those platforms, users should use the privacy and deletion tools provided by the relevant platform.
